Dr Levin is by far the best ENT doctor I have ever seen and I saw plenty bc of ongoing problems!! Mainly, he wants to help and does everything to do so!! He is a doer and not very talkative, old school doctor, the best!!

This is mainly a review for his receptionist. After making an appointment on Zoc Doc I was called and told I had to pay with cash or check as a self pay and there would be no sliding scale fee. When I simply pointed out that as a health professional it's usually courtesy to offer a sliding scale WHEN paying in cash she got an attitude. I cancelled the appointment. He needs to better train his staff.

Horrible doctor and even worse staff!!! Unbelievably unprofessional!!!!
