Bad Customer service over the phone. The lady that answered didn’t even bother to help when I asked if they take slip and fall cases she said “ We normally don’t” in other words wasn’t even trying to hear my case. I’m clearly states on their website that they do which was why I called. Don’t waste your time

I guess they have a limit on how much money they can make before taking new clients.....was told they werent taking new clients with no explanation why???? Avoid them unless you want to waste your time
