Steven Eakes and his Law firm are such an amazing team! I am currently a client of there's, " Going threw 2 family court matters". They have treated me with the up most respect and always shown concern for my case. They push nothing under the rug, and want all matters in a case resolved. This is the firm that handled my mother's last will & testament. They are an older law firm in Anderson, SC. that has been in business for some time. I believed they were a competent group of attorneys and would at least be able to help me with some issues with my mother's estate. They did write the Will. I however soon learned that was not the case. Save yourself the Heartache of Disappointment by using another firm. Sorry guys....but it's the Truth!

Still waiting on an estate of my Mom's to be distributed. Eakes has had the estate check of 87,000 in his account, since August and its now November. This is ridiculous. I have called and called, no answer. He is about the most useless attorney I have ever dealt with!

A women answered the phone but, said she couldn't make an appointment for me, the lawyer sets his own appointments. So, I left my number and waited. I expected a call back the next day or so. It was several days before he finally returned my call, by that time I had already found a solution for my needs.
