I sent an email to Alan on the firm website and it could not have been more than 2 minutes before I received a phone call. It was Alan J. Goldberg introducing himself. I actually teased him about how quick his response was. I am not a litigious individual and have only experienced working through a case with one attorney. But I did realize then, as I do now how important it is to have a responsive individual. After the pleasantries he quickly assessed my situation by asking a few short questions. I noticed a few months ago that my utilities bill was way too high.
