Had nothing but positive experience with Bronx District Attorney. The staff is both knowledgeable and professional. You treat them with respect and they will treat you back with respect and dignity.

There should be a major investigation of this place and class action lawsuit. They do not want to help Bronx residents and only want their record to look like 100% conviction or go after those with money the city can take!!! Poorly mismanaged and corrupt. They are not for the people of the Bronx. You can be killed or injured for life, they don’t give a damn because we are minorities. They pretend to help you and then go ghost! They never answer now hoping your case just gets thrown out and blame no contact on you. They took off the voicemail now. They don’t answer emails. I’m showing up in person and I’m keeping records of their negligence. I will report them and have them under federal investigation. We all need to start a class action lawsuit and hold them accountable for their actions. They also laugh and scoff in your face when something happens to you and enjoy their trophies. They are truly evil! God sees everything and we all need to contact the appropriate authorities. How about replacing everyone in that building! This corruption needs to stop! Report this place and corrupt district or AdAs to New York Attorney General!. File a grievance for them in your district also.

Very unprofessional they do not answer they’re phone and I’m making a complaint regarding an incident that happened years ago where I still don’t have any information that I should of received years ago when the incident happened.

I was assaulted & the Guy was arrested for felony assault. They d.a end up giving him probation! No prison time no community service NOTHING just probation. I knew someone who was pistol whipped and got 3 staples in his head,and they wanted to drop the case completely,they ended up dropping the 2 felonies to 1 misdemeanor & no prison time. My lawyer friend said they only want clean cut super easy cases to keep their 100% conviction rates so they can be defense lawyers after they leave and retire. He said They drop felonies to misdemeanors and misdemeanors to violations which are like jaywalking tickets. They also get to chose what cases to keep or drop, if the cops arrest someone and they feel like its to hard to fight for they drop it right away. No wonder the bronx is crime ridden

The da in 2005 was a Hispanic woman that assumed that I was an alcoholic she didn’t know anything about me. I gave up my car to her because she insisted that I go to a rehab facility for alcoholism and I refused. It was the first and only time that I ever went to jail. I guess I was her only person she could intimidate. Hope she gets her turn of intimidation.
