I had some questions about self help evictions, ASK law was one of the first search results, and their office is in close proximity to the real estate investment trust I rent from. They seemed like an ideal firm to consult with I tried to schedule a consultation through their website. My consultation would have been about a trustee removing AC from facilities in an attempt to force a tenant to vacate (after an unsuccessful UD case) My specific question is if a trustee can tell an AC repair company they are trespassing when coming to inspect a broken or tampered with air conditioning after the trust has intentionally removed this service I received an email response from Maria telling me they won’t take my case, but this was before I was able to schedule a consultation. I wrote back asking to schedule a consultation, and even called and spoke with Maria directly, but it was more BS I’m rating zero stars as they couldn’t even schedule a consultation

In 2012 when the park rent increased again we thought there was nothing we could do. We filled out the questionnaire and they took our case! It is very important to have experienced and knowledgeable lawyers working on our behalf. They are attorneys that understood our nuisances and how to deal with landlord- tenant laws and issues. Four years later we can put this behind us! It is a timely matter with a lot of hard work, but I can say it was well worth it.

I am satisfied with the time and effort the firm put in to the trial, I think everybody was helpful while the trial was going on understood what we were going through.I hope they feel the same. The only thing is the time it is taking to come to a decision. I know it depends on the judge but it is hard to get on with our lives with this umcertenty about the outcome. The firm is doing there best , but I was hoping for an end to this ordeal. I would highly recomend this firm to anyone in the same place as Terrace View residents. Thank You !
