Customer service is not their strong suit. As a matter of fact, I'm not sure they know what the word means. They are very hard to get in touch with you, never get back to you. Their prices are ridiculous! I would highly recommend not using.

We closed the deal over two months ago but still waiting for our original copy of signed documents to be mailed to us as promised. Every week for the past two months we’ve been reaching out and been promised that our package is on the way but still haven’t received our documents. Now our calls are being dodged so we can’t even reach anyone at the office. Extremely frustrated and disappointed.

They do a great job helping me with my real estate transactions.
