He has been my family's ...and my ...attorney, and has served us with prompt, accurate advise ....and always acted both professional and in our best interest, legally. We enjoy a healthy friendship, and I would and have recommended him for resolution of legal matters.

I won't go into detail but I will NEVER use him again, nor reccomend anyone else does either. His office was VERY slow at everything that they did. Our realtor had to contact them several times, almost to the point of harrassing them just to get an answer about anything. We never got a straight answer about anything. Our realtor even said she has NEVER seen such unprofessionalism in an attorney in all her many years in real estate. He got short and snappy with her. Talk A LOT in lawyer terms instead of explaining it in a way the average person would know and understand. I hope no one else gets roped into going through this office. Yes, he got the job done, but it took him like 7-8+ months to do it. When I was told by countless others it should not have taken that long.

Dave is very personable and professional. He answers all your questions and concerns. Very much recommend him and his staff!
