This person would of probably been more helpful if she would of been more professional. The moment she answered the phone is like rushing for me to tell her what I’m calling for; nor giving me the time to explain what was it that I needed. Then she cuts me off and refers to me as “mi hermana” (her sister)! If this is a business I expect to be treated in a professional way with respect. Lastly spoke to me as if I was bothering her or called at the wrong moment. Got my question answered feeling judged like I’m the stupid one who should of known about my issue before hand.
