"It is with a grateful heart that I write this attribute to a woman who has been there through thick and thin for my family, and showed us that it is not as stressful a situation we were anticipating. Eventually, the case settled, and the ability to prevent future misconduct to someone else was totally satisfied. We felt vindicated that we received the justice we were seeking, and the comfort and care of Bettina and her office staff made us feel as if we were with family the entire time. My heartfelt appreciation has never wavered, and yes, there was a subsequent situation we sought her assistance for in 2008, a personal injury situation.
