Best pediatrician I have been bringing my 2 sons here since we moved to Marietta last summer! With school there have been a few visits for my oldest, and obviously a lot of visits with my youngest since he’s a new baby. The staff here are above average! They always are kind and respectful to me and my kids and I’ve always felt valued as their mom. This isn’t how it is all the time unfortunately so having a safe place to bring my kids where I’m appreciated as their mother is extremely important to me.

I recently switched my son to this practice after a 16+ years relationship with my children's pediatrician. I decided to move away from the big guys to get more of a personalized or individualized care and attention. I love their pediatrician but I am happy that I switched. Great staff and my son love Dr. Poole already.

Between my insurance company and simply making a phone call myself the nurses are rude.. leave you on hold and transfer you to the wrong departments.. if the office closes at 430 why can’t I make an appointment for my child at 354pm? The nurse hung up on my insurance agent when he tried to get me the help I needed I called back 7 times between 359 and 417 and was left on hold for five minutes then no one answered after I called 4 more times one lady transferred me to medical records and the next lady yelled at me while trying to make my daughters appointment… POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Front dask lady was so nice I felt like cared about my son..Lady at receptionist was the best. She help us fill out our paper work. The nurse question my so about everything. But made it fun for my boy. The Dr seeem to be great also. My son was very happy. I had a pediatrics with Dr Fargaly. I had him for all 4 of my boys and we loved him. So switching Dr was a big deal to us. I feel so much better that we found you. Thank you so much

Everything was great when Dr. Miller was there but since she left i cant seem to get my kids medication refilled when they are out of refills or get my daughters inhaler refilled. The new doctor that toom over for Dr. Miller doesnt except Medicaid so he cant write or call in perscriptions for patients he sees with Medicaid. I was told he would be excepting Medicaid by the beginning of the year and he still doesnt. Too much of a hassel. And Dr. Poole doesnt seem to want to call prescriptions in for his patients. Very unhappy with the office staff this past year.
