It was very easy to schedule an appointment for today. My check in at the reception area was handled very quickly. The nurse took my initial statement, updated my chart and prepared me for the doctor’s visit was very thorough. The doctor attentively listened to my input on my condition, did an informed diagnosis and prescribed medication that should alleviate my symptoms.

After injuring myself in an accident, I contacted ARC to see how long it might take to see my primary care physician. To my surprise I was able to get an appointment the next morning! After a brief but thorough exam my doctor ordered an X-ray to rule out a hand fracture. The results came back within a few hours and fortunately we're negative. My thanks to everyone at ARC for being there for me!

I had a very bad experience with Dr. Siegel at ARC Far Weston today. I couldn’t get in to see my regular GP (Gerald Fincken), who I LOVE, bc I needed an appt ASAP. From the moment she walked in, she was condescending, rude, and unhelpful. I realize my symptoms of stomach pain and throat pain were rather vague, but when I asked clarifying questions regarding whether it could be related to my adrenal glands, since I have higher than normal cortisol levels, she scoffed and said, nope, that’s your stomach. When I asked: are the adrenal glands close to this area (pointing where I feel the tightness) she said ‘I don’t think I should tell you’ suggesting that I was trying to self-diagnose - then said, they’re actually in your lower back, right on top of your kidneys. When I mentioned that my labs show elevated creatinine and I asked what that could mean, she said: that’s usually related to kidney function!!! But she had just belittled me for asking about adrenal gland issues? She said: it sounds like this is more for your endocrinologist but I pointed out that my that my TSH level was normal (I have hypothyroidism but is maintained with synthroid). I literally just went in to discuss all the possible options. It’s been an issue that has been progressively worse over a two year period. Yes, the symptoms are vague, but that’s why I’m seeing her! To help narrow things down and consider all possible options! She was condescending and appeared to be ‘done’ with the appointment when I was left flabbergasted by her rudeness. I’m sure these doctors are overworked and underpaid (??????????????) but that is no rational for demeaning patients. It took me forever to find these honest reviews - when you go on the ARC website reviews she receives 4/5 stars on every review - even the negative ones - which seem sketchy. But then I looked at other doctor reviews and it looks like they are ALL 4/5 stars and have been written every 3 days since Nov 2023 to Feb 2024. Talk about SKETCHY. AVOID this doctor unless you have a black and white issue that requires little bedside manner.

Dr. Siegel was very prompt, friendly, and attentive. She took the time to listen to my medical concerns and address and diagnose , my current problem. I would definitely recommend her to others.

Went in to see Dr. Seigel (not my normal doctor) for a post-Covid check-up and didn’t have a positive experience like I typically do with most doctors. She walked into the room with the clear mask on over her face which should be expected for her well-being/protection but as a new patient, she walked into the room and the first thing she she said was “what can I do for you?” with no tone of empathy or care. I could sense some cold energy coming from her demeanor, tone. There was no introduction or any other questions to understand my situation. Her response were also short. She checked my heart rate and my oxygen level and provided no other guidance than to wear a mask for the next 5 days. She may have had a bad morning and I’m sure it’s a challenging position to be as a doctor dealing with people all day but I hope she can understand that she can be mindful of the energy she brings to how she approaches and handled each patient who walks into her office.
