My sister hired the em and still have no gotten my mother good new . My sister has been on hold for almost hour and these people hung up the phone in her several time and it’s past closing time all she want to is speak to the CEO of this law firm . She does not even know who her lawyer is or para legal. She said after Richard left this office this office have gone down hill. Customer service is awful rude and don’t help you at all . She done payed all her fee since 2021 and it’s very ugly the way they work .. I will never recommend this law firm not even to Mexican people that bee le the help never . 5:20pm 08/12/24 still have not answered

I’m pissed off I have called ever week to check on my moms status and all I get is the call center and the laywer or the paralegal don’t ever return my call. It’s been 1yrs when they started to not answer my calls or emails .Richard was the best lawyer in there and Mrs lidia best secretary in there now this is awful. Who know how much longer I would have to wait to even speak to someone the call center bad they should be ashamed of how they talk to the clients . They are so rude , disrespectful and they hang up the phone on me several times , and then I can’t understand there English . All I need is to get answers on my case not to speak to these rude people . I will not recommend this law firm in my life to nobody they can’t get together even when I payed them all the money up front fothis process.

The worst law group these people don’t care about their clients they only care about getting their money. I’ve never met the lawyers who take over my case after Mr Richard leaves. I call with questions I get no answer. I leave massage no one contact me back. If you’re black please don’t use this law firm because I think they only care about Spanish people.I submitted my paperwork and I pay my filing fees and 6 months and my paperwork still wasn’t submitted. I finally got my green card and my name spelled incorrect I reach out the them and all now I can’t hear anything from them. Every time I called the lawyer office he/she is in a meeting and they will contact me back it’s been 6 months and still no one had contact me . I don’t know if the lawyer who have my case he’s a man or she’s a woman we have never met and we have never spoken.

These people will steal, lie, and cheat innocent people I will never trust them again. They will take your money whether or not you have a chance and tell you they can appeal which is more money!

We have had the best experience with the Anderson Immigration Law Group. They are so helpful and prompt. The work they do is so important and everyone in that office that we have personally dealt with, seems to possess a top notch skill set for this profession. We couldn’t be happier with them.
