I am working with the Nevada office and they have been fantastic. I believe when you sign up you will default to that location but this is the local WA metro location, but please check with Anderson for clarification. Anderson has tons of experience in the legal and accounting end of business and has relieved a ton of work and pressure off of me so I can focus on driving the business from the customer/client end. Compared to other firms who do a similar type of work, Anderson is a good choice for folks who are starting their businesses.

I never leave negative reviews, but this company is the slowest, most disorganized, lax company I've ever worked with. I've had several IRS time deadlines expire with them, they rarely follow up when they say they will, you have to constantly follow up otherwise nothing will get finished. Ive switched teams and still the same issues. They have cost me too much stress, money, and time. PLEASE don't waste your time, look elsewhere.

First review for me I will just express my experience. First of all you have to go through series of booked called to talk to an attorney. The attorney discusses options but initially tries and get people to sign up to their platinum plan which involves a passive income stream for them. Though it sounds like it could be valuable, it was strange that it was suggested even though my intent was just an LLC formation. After that a document was sent to me to sign and I had to send 3 replies for them to correct the spelling of my name. The document was one page with my name listed twice and after the 3rd time my name was spelled differently on the top and bottom of the page. I did send an email to the attorney about my concern and have not received a reply. For me I am looking for a Attorney to help me with making sure I get all the fine details right and if they can't spell my name even though it is pretty much in my email it isn't the right company for me.

Really terrific people and helpful info. I was impressed and getting set up to work with them in August.
