Why would you hire someone if they can't answer any of your questions without bring a client. Honestly not worth it at that point. Talk to your callers, tell them how you can help them, answer questions. It would actually help you out more than hurt. Until they start doing that yall might as well go elsewhere for your lawyer.

He wasn't a good lawyer for me... he got intimated easily by my ex's lawyer. Had to get a different lawyer to undo the damages he did in my divorce.
