Yes as others have mentioned, Andrew's firm is a zero. No follow up after filing all the paperwork for him to represent my home. According to the Cook County website; no appeal was filed. No one return's calls or emails.

stay away regarding lowering property taxes. After they did a 'initial review' I was told they can save me thousands. Be cautious, the possible scam appears to be that you then pay a lot of money for their appointed appraiser. I ever heard back from them and I never got to see the appraisal. And no, my taxes did not go down,

Stay away for this firm! They did not do anything to represent my case. Everyone that I know of that filed appeal (themselves) got an offer of tax savings from assessor and found the savings. I did not get any savings and the firm never contacted me to provide any updates or any final decision. Stay away!!! There are many other better alternatives available!

STAY AWAY. Waste of time and money - appraisal scam where they never provided any documentation of the appeal or services rendered but continuous request additional services at a fee.

Very happy with Mr. Rukavina’s help with lowering our real estate taxes over last 15 years and finally with the closing on the house too.
