AM is one of my all time favorite firms to have the privilege to assist from time to time. I do work as a receiver appointed by courts for the specific purpose of collecting judgments under the turnover statute. Contractors are a species of debtors who know enough about the system to evade, shuck and jive and postpone their payment dénouement until the next job funds. Then the contractors pay for the previous job. Not enough to pay everyone after the contractor? No problem. Claim the work was subpar or the supplies were defective. This is from the Contractor Playbook. The attorneys at AM as well as the staff and support team are VERY good at the construction business and construction litigation. They always have clean judgments and they understand the realm of turnover receiverships, or equity receiverships, more so than most. AM makes my work so much simpler because of all the preparation they do before seeking to activate the turnover remedy. And that's all I have to say about that...
