Andrew and his team are honest and great at what they do. They helped me obtain my permanent residency. Although I will say that they are terrible at communicating with their clients. The paralegal Rachel at the Dallas office was the one that I was assigned to and she was aweful at communicating with me. I had to go to the office to communicate with Rachel and even though I was pregnant she still did not care. I was eventually switched to another paralegal named Juan and he was AMAZING! He was very good at communicating with me.

We were basically fired as clients for false accusations, coincidentally right after we had finished our payments of thousand+ dollars. We were not refunded of course. We felt robbed. I was accused of being uncompliant, after being told I would “be receiving a call back from the person handling our case at the end of the week” for multiple MONTHS straight, and that “I never responded back to emails”. I only received a call back to be fired as a client. And the only emails I would receive were receipts from our automatic payments that were withdrawn monthly. In my opinion they could not keep a single person for more than a couple of months, and from my understanding the management are the ones to blame. Yet as clients we are the “uncooperative ones”. The way that I see it is that due to understaffing issues, it was easier for you guys to fire clients, then to catch up with the piles of unfinished cases.
