If I could give Andrew Rosin zero stars, I would. I will be filing a Bar complaint. It is my experience that Andrew suffers from a lack of communication, and procrastination, and does not keep his word regarding timelines or next steps. I feel he totally blew me off, and when I fired back that he completely blew me off and did not read my communications, he bluntly stated, "With all due respect, I’m not taking orders from you ... it’s not as simple as snapping your fingers ..." My experience is that Andrew had dropped the ball. Andrew, it seems to me, had not bothered to read my communications. I was NOT trying to give him orders or snap my fingers. I was in the hospital with my father dying and being hit with the realization that Andrew Rosin had neglected to follow through with a very important document having to do with the estate of my dead life partner. Was I emotional, yes. Had Andrew wildly misconstrued my communications and was he blaming me for his error, it certainly felt that way to me. I could never recommend Andrew Rosin to anyone, ever.

Worst experience I’ve ever had as a client. Unreliable. Duplicitous. Procrastinator. Not detail oriented, not conscientious, not professional. Did not communicate or follow up in any reasonable amount of time. He strung us along for months trying to close a deal without ever coming close to completing the documents.

Mr Rosin was a pleasure to work with. He helped me on several issues and handled everything timely and extremely professionally. His staff kept me up to date on all matters. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Michael Paz

Andrew Rosin is a good example of why people have a negative view of attorneys. Andrew was very rude, unprofessional, and arrogant. He never did what we asked him to do and we were still charged extra for it. Our mortgage company suggested we file a complaint, as they said they would never use him again either because of the way things were handled. We would never recommend him to anyone.

If you like communication to be a priority, then this is not the place for you. I have never had to pursue this persistently to have closing on a property. And then I got very brief and automated replies, plus had to pay to "overnight" forms since they didn't send them in a timely manner. Sorry but I could not recommend them!
