Used James for several "problems" and experienced the following: Did not communicate well with the status of my case. Had to repeatedly ask what was going on. Did not do what he said he would do in a timely manner and that fact alone caused a month delay in a critical matter. Does not have his own office, but rather shares a commune office location with one common receptionist for all which makes it tough at time to communicate. I have used attorneys before and I would rate my experience here the lowest.

It was a pleasure working with this firm and I will recommend anyone I know with a real estate issue. They are attentive, professional and effective.
