Walked out after the first 15 minutes. Initial encounter was bad from the start. Immediately, I had a sense this firm is understaffed and overworked. Plus, I would never hire an attorney who expects me to spend 30 minutes filling out privacy intrusive forms before they've even greeted me and heard what I have to say. Maybe it was just a bad day for them.
