Mr. McNair - I phoned your office not five minutes previously. There is a recording in the announcement before the secretary answers the phone that states - This phone call will be recorded. I kindly mentioned it to the woman who answered your phone and she kind of scoffed and said "this phone call is not being recorded." I did tell her that I didn't feel comfortable being recorded. I went on to tell her that maybe your boss didn't want you to know that it was being recorded. She repeated several times that the call is not being recorded. In the end I told her that either you are misinformed OR you are not telling me the truth. She then hung up on me. I was very calm, did not raise my voice and neither did she. I was calling to potentially hire you Sir, but if I can't get honest answers from your secretary that is potentially a bad reflection on your practice.

Personality of receptionist and McNair were horrible. Huge waste of time. Were not very helpful. We go to a lawyer to help gain protection and knowledge of our situation and ourselves. Not to be treated like we are ignorant. Just my personal opinion.
