just moved to area called dr mallozzi office to see him as a new patient , the woman that answered the phone was very rude ,first she asked what type of insurance i have "which is common" when i mentioned bcbs of texas she states i don,t think we take that where it clearly states they do. second she tells me oh he not accepting new patients which it clearly say he do and prior to that last week i called to see if he was accepting new patients and was told yes,i just didnt have my id card at the time smh. then she proceed to name other dr's when i asked her to repeat a dr name she states we don't have that dr ..whattttt .i asked to repeat the name .i just said thank you ma'am. i don't know how good the dr is but his receptionist is the worst

I trust Dr. Mallozzi with my life. Whenever I need him, even without an appointment, Dr Mallozzi makes room for me, or calls me back almost immediately. Dr. Mallozzi was my husband Jack’s Doctor, and after I met him 15 years ago with Jack, I knew he is who I wanted/needed to be mine too. 5 stars is not enough, but it’s the most I could click.
