They tell you they are very interested in your case and Jeffery wanted to speak to us personally. Then morning of consultation they call and say the 250.00 consultation fee needs to be cash. Never saw Jeffery Leving. Another attorney was there to see us. I believe this was a bait and switch tactic. They ended up only referring us to another attorney in our own state. They knew we were 40 miles away in the next state. I feel they knew they would not get the case and just wanted the consultation fee, plus whatever referral fee they might get from the attorney they recommended in our state. I believe this law firm is a scam.
After a two year battle, we finally received closure today on our case. Proving once again that dads MATTER and are not just a pay check. We wouldn’t have wanted anyone other than Anna Aguilar and Art in our corner. They have always been there for us no matter what time of day. If you’re a dad out there being rolled over, I suggest calling The Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving, Ltd. Ask for Anna or Art, they will treat you right!
I've known Mr. Leving for over 40 years. He Diligent. Hard Working and Straight Forward What More can I say. I Trust him for Sound Advise and he's Always given it.
This Law Firm is awful. 15K spent, no representation. Stay away from James Hagler, he’s the most expensive of the bunch. He did absolutely nothing. Can you believe Levins reported me to a police Dept. They stole from me, yet they call the police me. Really... Don’t don’t do it people. Call the attorney general. This is fraud.
These guys cited the wrong law on our petition, ran through our retainer before even one hearing, asked for another retainer before even doing anything with our case, and resigned when we questioned our very high bill and said we could not afford to pay the second retainer. Now my husband's child has been taken by his ex, who never had her before, and she is imposing fines against him because of the errors Leving's office made in our case. My husband has not seen his daughter in weeks when he used to have her every day. I don't know why this law firm tried to screw us over so bad but now we are in debt and our custody case is no longer winnable. Please find a lawyer who does not advertise on a billboard and stay away from these guys. They will milk you dry no matter how much you are willing to spend to help your kids.
