I’m only here because I had a friend get in a little trouble, and my brain immediately went to Tony because he helped me twice on two different DUI accounts back in 2008 and 2011. Mind you, I’ve grown up, and I straight up detest drunk driving. First time offenders are usually beholden to the same consequences. There’s not a whole ton they can do for you unless you blew a high BAC. I, unfortunately, did blow high, and after pleading no contest was able to get me the regular consequences for a first DUI. This was in 2008, and one would hope and think I might have learned my lesson, but I did not. Got popped just a few years later in 2011 at a dark time in my life. I had just gotten laid off from my job of the past 2yrs, and my stupid alcoholic dad got me a handle or Crown Royal for my birthday. He let me drive home, and I got pulled over just a minute and a half from his house. Not his fault. It’s my fault. But he still let me drive. Anyway. DUI penalties are much stricter on repeat offenders - especially if repeated within a certain amount of time. I definitely fit the bill for that one. Just like the first one, I blew high. I blew so high that they said I should have had alcohol poisoning. This is where Tony comes in again, and believe me, I’m not proud of what he was able to do for me. Happy about it? Sure. Proud? Hell no. Bottom line is the officer that pulled me over messed up protocol, and Tony found it and used it. He told me I didn’t want to see the arrest footage, but I said I wanted to see it. I was a complete and utter embarrassing mess. I deserved everything and anything that was going to come my way. Ultimately, Tony was able to get it dropped to a “failure to control”, which is kinda admitting to a DUI while at the same time not. A zero point violation on your license vs a 6 point violation foe a DUI. I still had to pay mad fines. I still had to do house arrest. I still had to have a breathalyzer in my car for what ended up being 8 months. I had a boot on my car for 90 days until I got work privileges. I deserved ALL of these things and worse, but I can say that Tony kept me out of jail when I probably deserved it. Again, not proud. Not gloating. I’m simply speaking of the man’s ability and expertise. I deserved what I got and worse, but fortunately I had him and it helped me learn to be a better and more responsible person. Please advise to all of your friends/family to not drive under the influence. It will destroy your life for a good length of time, and keep in mind you can totally end someone else’s life.

The lowest of the lowest. Straight up stole $3000 from me, took my money then didnt show up for court. This guy is also a judge and a prosecutor and you would think that this could potentially help your case but he will look down at you as if he is in court wearing his black robe, not as if you were a paying customer who needs his services. I highly suggest you seek another lawyer, I dont even understand how its legal that Anthony Bondra is allowed to be a prosecutor and judge in one city and a defense lawyer in the next city over this seems like a huge conflict of interest. He was highly arrogant and unwilling to help. Completely ripped me off for three thousand dollars, BEWARE!
