Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Called to get info on elder abuse. The woman who picked up the phone was chewing food with her mouth open and made it clear she wasn't there to put effort into her job. Kept referring me to their website and finally hung up on me despite the fact that I was polite and respectful. Called back but no one picked up again.
Great organization that does some really amazing work!
