Amazing ???? Never been represented by them but I know Daniel Aragona and nobody related to him could be bad ????

If I could give zero stars I would! My accident happened in March of 2018. I had a reference to contact this company and unfortunately, I did choose them. My rep was Damon and it seemed everything would be fine from our initial interaction which was over the phone (should have been clue #1). I had to contact them on more than one occasion to get ANY details whatsoever. Nobody ever returned my calls or emails. I handled my case on my own and got everything settled in a month (April 2018). Here we are August 2018 and I’m just receiving a phone call from Damon asking about the case. What amazing service, right?! Unless you have ample time to babysit a law firm by calling and contacting them everyday, I would choose some place else!!! You’re better off dealing with the insurance companies on your own or finding a better firm of which I did after the fact but, didn’t need them because I handled my own case QUICKLY and efficiently. Please, go elsewhere do not waste your time!

Last year I would have given this firm 5 stars. In 2014, I was hit by another driver and hired The Law Offices of Aragona to represent me. Here I am now with hospital bills in collection, two years later. I called their offices, last year, to inquire about a check that they sent me.. The check was supposed to go towards the open bills. It would have been nice for their Office Manager to attach details with the check because when I called, I was told that the check was the balance left from my Personal Injury Protection coverage and that Gieco was paying my claims. I have the conversation in writing. When I called today, the VERY RUDE office manager tells me that I have no reason to be upset??? And asked me what did I think the check was for?? Maybe it's me, but if I hired representation, why would I have to THINK what the check is for? The claims and all communications came from the lawyer....So why wouldn't the check accompany a letter? Or a phone call from the Office Manger? Sloppy work. Now, I have to pay the bill and my credit is ruined. The memo in the check that was sent to me read, " Escrow Balance." The lawyer here is great, but if he isn't hiring a manager that will manages the details of your case, than your still not being represented properly.

Have not used this attorneys office in over 15 years. Neither good nor bad review for them at this point. They weren't able to help me with gathering info from back then

An Excellent Family Law Firm for first rate service by Mr Christopher Aragona, they have a very caring nature and Mr Aragona is articulate and very smart. I trust all my my affairs with him.
