Reviews

We need arbitration reform and arbitrator regulations. There are no valid checks and balances with truly getting a fair, impartial and unbiased process. Arbitrators have more power than a judge. Little to no appeal options with binding arbitration. With no valid checks and balances the arbitration process can portray as a scam. I had asked one arbitrator to clarify a potential conflict and concerns of bias. Instead, the arbitrator dismissed the case without a hearing.
I rarely post reviews online but I had such a terrible experience with this law firm that I decided to do so. They managed to bill me and use nearly my entire retainer without getting any results. When I requested that the reminder of my retainer be returned, I even got billed for requesting it! While working with this firm, the person assigned to me was very confrontation and consistently gave me bad advice. I'm in a worse place now than when I started the process thanks to her. When she was out of the office, she had someone else reach out to me regarding a question I had and that person did not treat me like a paying client but more like a bother. basically, I spent an excessive amount of money for no results and was not treated with respect. If this helps one person make a better decision about an attorney, then it was worth writing. I am an easy person to get along with but if I'm paying for a service, I expect results. If that was happening, I gladly would have paid any amount.
I rarely post reviews but I feel the need to here. I called this law office from the google number trying to talk to someone about converting my CBD shop into a dispensary with the new law changing in the state. When I spoke with the receptionist she was very rude. I tried to explain that I called prior but I forgot who i had Spoken with in the past. She rudely says to me “oh lord... well that would help”. I then ask is there any way that I could speak to someone about putting this firm on retention to try and get this process going. She rudely says “we are still closed, i don’t know how I would be able to connect you with anyone else, i don’t know their home phones” I asked so you guys aren’t taking on any news clients ? She did not say no, but In so many word she tells me that she wouldn’t be able to help me..... at this point I just said never mind and hung up the phone.
Have been a client for over 7 years. Extremely professional, courteous and caring. Brilliant and very kind. Highly recommend. I can't thank enough the person who recommended me to Archer & Greiner.
The secretary hanged up on me when I was in the middle of asking her a question. She was rude and incompetent. Do not recommend this firm to anyone.
