This attorney only works for the three or four people running the HOA. As a homeowner in a community that they run, where I have lived for 18 years, it has not been a pleasant experience since they took over approximately six years ago. They send out letters that are not dated when a supposed violation has occurred, lately there has been no photos of the violation so they have no proof of what they're saying. They are now threatening people in the community with lawyer fees, etc. As a homeowner, we apparently have no rights and the attorney won't even speak to us when he attends meetings. It's the homeowners that are paying the bill for the attorney and the management company. We, as homeowners, are expected to take care of things ASAP that they deem a problem, but they can take months if not a year or two to take care of something they're supposed to take care of! Example, we have a fountain in the front of our neighborhood, it hasn't worked for over four months now, and before that it didn't work for six years! The attorney has done nothing in regards to the mismanagement of the Management company and current board. The current board wasn't even picked by the homeowners and trying to get in a new board is apparently impossible! I do not recommend this company!

This attorneys office is by far the biggest thugs I have ever experienced. They add fees after fees to keep you in debt. When brought to their attention the say of course people are going to give bad reviews because they owe. My responds is the reviews never say they don't owe they say . The communication is lax in an effort to drag things out so they get more billable hours and that is a FACT. I owe $2200 had to pay $4200... if that's not crazy I don't know what is!! The only positive reviews are from management companies that play apart in putting homeowners in debit, without a simple conversation. I will be running for a position on my board, I never want to see this attorneys office approach any of my neighbors they are bottom feeders!

Horrible service but one thing they know best is how to rob you of your money. Attorney fees don’t add up, communication with attorney is horrendous (Jennifer Davis). Can ruin a company’s name with just one horrible employee.

I would not recommend them for any HOA at all. They like to add on a bunch of fees and services.

Carlos Arias and his Team always respond timely and in a manner that we all can understand. They are very patient in working with our condo board members.
