Mr. Garcia did send a letter to a company that caused property damage on my behalf. At first things seemed to go according to plan, but after a few months it was nothing but radio silence from Mr. Garcia's office. I was ready to pull the trigger on going to small claims court. I assume my case was just no longer relevant or paying him enough to care. I would have paid out of pocket for representation in court which we both discussed. Nearly 5 - 6 months later, I finally received an email from Mr. Garcia from the plaintiffs insurance company denying the coverages of the damage their client caused, which the plaintiff initiated the claim and we have no idea what supporting evidence was sent. The insurance company refuses to speak with me, which is probably for my best interest. Now I'm left seeking another attorney, since I filed a grievance over two months ago, leaving me to pick up the pieces and do what Mr. Garcia couldn't over 4 months ago.
I really have to hand it to Attorney Garcia. My brother and I had a very pressing legal matter and Mr. Garcia was there to help us. Many times when an attorney is needed it's at a stressful time in life. We appreciate very much the work he did for us and we're so glad he made himself available. We know others in the Tampa area are in good hands!
Ariel Garcia is a terrific attorney who is HONEST despite what the other review says. He listens to the client and gives an affordable price to represent you in your case. The bad review is coming from a jaded queen that was fired from his firm for being impaired at work.
Ariel o Garcia is a worthless lier and a discrase to his profession. While acting as my attorney he instructed me to lie under oath for his personal gradification. Ariel O. Garcia is a money-hungry, lie telling skam artists with no moral compass. Take heed, employing an attorney is a huge decision. Don't become another one of his victims.
