Mike and Michelle were wonderful. We and our business had been using them for over 15 years. After no call backs or any response we took our business needs elsewhere. The past month my wife has been very stressed over our taxes. Usually, she would receive a call with the amount owed and tax return amount. The other day she was told we owe $300 and our tax return was $300. She told them to do the taxes again because it didn't make sense for our situation. The next day, she received a call, and they told her they were able to get another $200 added to the return.... big red flag. She went today to get our tax papers so we can get a second opinion, and they told her we still owed $300. Now, I will take over seeing they said they would bill us without a contract. Like I said, we have used this company for over 15 years, but under new management I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

David has been doing my personal and business taxes for 4 years now, and I haven't had any issues. He responds to my messages in a timely manner, especially during peak tax season, and his professionalism is great. I can always count on him to get me right. We have used Armour and Associates for years and every year was a breeze finalizing taxes. Even when Mike passed away, Michelle had taken over and was wonderful to deal with. This year it is under new ownership and has been a nightmare. I submitted all my information Feb 29th and it is like pulling teeth to get any correspondence from David Pierre at all. After submitting, it took over a week for him to acknowledge that the information was even received and this was after my husband having to physically go to the location because no one would email or call back after messages being left to find out if the information was received. Now it has been over 3 weeks and still no word if our taxes are finalized. I left messages and multiple emails letting him know that we will be traveling and want to make sure we are all set for the April deadline and paying the first quarter payments. I have gotten no response what so ever. My husband drove to the physical location once again and he said it was like a ghost town. Only one employee present and help wanted signs up. David was not in the office again. The woman up front left a hand written message and my husband also left a voicemail. No call back . As of Monday I will be looking for last minute client opening to get this matter handled. Clearly this place is no longer reliable.

I have used this office for years. Was a great group, they have recently sold and not only have prices almost doubled but I can't get any service. Have been trying for a week now to get a copy of a 1099 for one of my contractors. I have called, left voice mail, gone in person, but I keep getting put off or told they are busy and will call me. Never have called. Broken word and higher prices. I recommend looking somewhere else for service, I know I am.
