Armstrong Klym Waite Atwood & Jameson PS

I recently hired this firm to help with my parents estate planning after my Mother died. They had previously done the paperwork for her and I was looking for guidance. I was directed to Michele Granholm who was unprepared, unprofessional and generally clueless. I was trying to give her the benefit of doubt but after multiple interactions that were unprofessional and where nothing was accomplished I can not continue to work with this firm. Find better representation...this isn't the firm for you.

The person that takes care of billing and is rude , condescending and she kept cutting me off during a conversation. I had to strongly ask her and beg her to please listen and let me finish a sentence.Her name is Michelle. I called trying to pay my bill in full. I would not hire her under any circumstances. The lawyers are excellent and professional to work with. Michelle is on the wrong position for customer service. She did not call me trying to get the money to pay the bill, I called her trying to get information to pay the bill in full.

Wonderful caring law office!! Art Klym was highly recommended to us. The staff there are awesome too:)
