I obtained Mr. Henderson about 11 years ago in a case for myself. He was up against State Police, Henrico Co prosecutor, and the Judge who was also acting like a prosecutor. I personally had a lot of experience in court procedures, evidence presentation, discovery, trial preparation, and cross examination of witnesses. At one point I felt like Mr. Henderson didn't take my case serious enough and thought he should have done more in preparation. However, when court started and the way things unfolded by testimony and catching a state witness in perjury ... Mr. Henderson knew how to zoom in on the case and create doubt and had a lying testimony thrown out of court. I give Mr. Henderson a lot of credit and appreciation for standing up to the Judge when she at one point was appearing to be impartial in my case and acting like a prosecuting attorney instead of being a Judge and deciding the case on facts. I strongly felt in the end that when Mr. Henderson takes your case he will fight for your rights and shows strenght in your behalf.

Completely disappointed with Mr. Arnold he was very respectful before he received half of what he charged me to represent me. Once he was paid half I received an aggressive invoice stating if I don’t pay the second half of money in 15 days he would no longer represent me this was before he even lift a finger. After receiving full payment communication cease. Disrespectful expensive an greedy. He rather get free money an do no work hoping you don’t have the second half.

This past summer I had the opportunity to intern with Mr. Henderson. In that time I learned so much about the judicial system and what it takes to be a great attorney. Mr. Henderson is very professional and handles all his cases in that matter. He is very straight forward and will try to help you the best he can.
