if only there was some way to show folks what this place used to be like. my wife started her business (M. Avery Designs Sewing) in the building before moving to a retail location in town. About 6 years ago she moved back when new ownership took control of the building. they have really turned it into a destination for kids and adults alike. so many businesses and programs. and a couple of great restaurants as well.

The Monroe Center is a central hub in Hoboken with a wide variety business and services offered within. I have personally been a tenant since 2015 and just moved to my second studio in the building. I’m so thrilled to center my business in such a bustling, friendly and accessible environment.

Many businesses there. I take my grandson for haircuts there. They have a lot of patience with autistic children.
