I'm so impressed with the care that I received by Lindsay King and Zachary Ashby who settled my divorce case. I am a brain injury survivor and it was very difficult for me to understand but they both handled me with care which made it easier to get through. I highly recommend this law firm as a disabled person especially.
Justin Nipper was the lawyer assigned to my case. Took over a year and two months to file a divorce in which me and Opposing Party did more communicating by a factor of 10 than my lawyer. No communication unless I initiated and always tried to force a phone call to hit larger billable hours. Over the last two days, they breached the confidentiality of all their current clients by mass emailing a CC list to all clients. We now know all of the members currently being scammed by this office. Do not use. Period.
Lawyer made my mother cry on the phone. Berated her for not having thousands of dollars on hand to pay for services, and asked if she couldn’t beg for money anywhere else. Told her that he had more important clients to attend to, and that her divorce to my abusive dad would take more than 3 years. When I reminded him that she is and illegal immigrant and her employment opportunities are limited, he just scoffed and said that he knew plenty of illegals who make good money. The only way an illegal immigrant could make good money would be with a stolen social security number. I do not know if he was implying that my mom should do something illegal in order to get more money. He also had missing and incorrect details in my mom’s case. Extremely sloppy and unprofessional. Would never recommend unless you are rich and privileged like he is.
Justin nipper, Lindsay king are crooked people. I had Justin nipper starting my case for custodial rights for my children, paid the 3,000$ down payment thinking we would be getting things rolling instantly. No, instead Mr. Nipper chooses to take his sweet time with paper work for court when I had sent him all the information he needed in that same week I made the payment. The process of all that took 4 months starting in march (2022) including the extra payments. In July I get notified of a court date set for my case, finally excited things were going good despite setbacks, but with great gesture Mr. Nipper decides to give my case to a new lawyer by the name of Lindsay King on the last week before my court date. So to no surprise here even more extra payments after that until the next year into march (2023). I’ve probably spent 10,000$ easily by the time it was finished. Ms. King atleast got the parenting plan set for me on paper so I’ll give her kudos for that but she did me wrong when it came to the child support. Lied to me saying the child support papers were filed when they never were, I found out by the child services stationed in Tacoma, Washington by their verifications. Spoke to her about these issues, and Ms. King response was for me to make another payment of 3,000$ for her to fix a mistake that she made by not making sure my papers were filed correctly. I declined and I didn’t hear anything back until a month or two later, saying that “they are willing to fix this problem free at charge”, she allegedly had a new set date to file the papers within October. The day came for this court date to file my child support papers and Ms. King misses court for being “sick”. Now I’m paying more than what I was estimated to pay because child services put me on back child support. I have reached out various time and have not yet got a resolution from either Ms. King or her paralegal team.
My legal team was very attentive to my needs. They answer all my questions in a timely manner and made me feel comfortable and confident.
