Cecilia was amazing. She never made promises, but she was always confident we should not settle. My husband wanted 50%. I had offered a 70/30 split. The outcome was positive in my favor, and was better than I’d hoped for. 75/25. I was blessed to have Cecilia on my side. The rates were very reasonable and the process was as stress free as possible. Thank you Cecilia Ashcroft.
Would never recommend Cecilia to make competent or safe decisions for children. Has no problem recommending children be placed with negligent parents with criminal history, drug abuse issues, and severe neglect. Thank goodness judges have authority to override reckless recommendations.
Jane F. Strike helped us process a redeed for our timeshare so we could be rid of that responsibility. She was efficient and prompt. We did use her services through our ARAG Legal Insurance Plan so that was a wonderful way to get the task completed. She told us exactly what needed to be done and then she completed the task extremely quickly and without a hitch. We were very satisfied!
Worst experience of my life. There was an incident that happened when I was in high school, and Ashcraft was appointed to me as my lawyer. She didn't speak with me until just before the trial, and then had the gall to defend my attacker, and scared me to prevent me from testifying. I did not get protection, nor did I get closure. My case was handled disgustingly and insultingly. EDIT: Oh no, I am by no means "confused" or mistaken. Ms. Cecilia Ashcraft was appointed to be my representative by the Malvern School District and Arkansas State in early 2017. Though, to be honest, I'm not surprised you don't remember me, what with the lack of care and tact that went into my case.
Miss Duncan is absolutely not "confused" or "mistaken." Ms. Ashcraft was assigned our case as the prosecutor. She sided with the defendant by saying to us, prior to the beginning of court, "he's just a kid who made a dumb mistake" and "you'll have to sit in that room in front of all those people and tell every detail then answer a lot of uncomfortable questions. Are you sure you want to go through with this?" She traumatized the victim even further than the defendant had already done.
