I had a terrible experience in the store , was given 2 left shoes. The manager in the store was rude. Contacted customer relations they said they would have someone contact me. No one ever did, called customer service again waited 30 minutes and hung up. I sent an email someone did email me saying once again someone would contact me..No one ever has...What kind of business are they running? What happened to making your customers day? Where would your company be without us.

Worse experience EVER! Don't order from asic there customer service is terrible! Many calls and emails not one ounce of help or care they doubled chearhes me for same shoe after the employee YOLANDA who seems to be only rep that ever answers the phones...asked her to cancel she said she would never did and I never even recieved that order! They could care less they say they're not responsible for lost Items! BEWARE! There's a reason they don't take PayPal obviously!! Shop at Nike they have amazing customer service and real people to talk to you that care and help you I have worn a six for 25 years but so many pairs a year and I cannot believe I've dealt with this through their customer service some customer service terrible horrible never will buy from them again!!!!

I had purchased some shoes for tennis (Gel Resolution 6) from a tennis shop in San Diego. I wasnt sure about the bright green laces and could not find anything like the ones that were on the shoes. So I called here to see if I could get some. They were very helpful and 3 days later I received a pair of black laces identical to the originalsnnThis is what would call excellent customer service!!nnBy the way Asics, I love these shoes! I have been playing for more then 20 years and I believe these are the best shoes I have owned for tennis. I think you have a customer for life.nnJames Becker

Paid order has never been shipped out and without a notice of cancellation. They didn't even do a refund. Called the customer service twice. One said refunding me with a code but never happened. The other one just ask me to do a lot of nonsense things instead of either shipping out an alternative or dealing with the refund.

I love the way this building looks! Makes me smile every time I pass by it!
