I have not personally used this company, but I would, based on an experience I had with them. A week or so ago, I found a package at a bus stop on the UES of Manhattan. The company name was handwritten on the outside and I just "knew" it contained important legal documents, without having to open it. I took the package home, and called the company. They were professional and courteous as we worked through how I could get them returned back to the company, while they maintained complete client confidentiality at all points. After going to the post office, but not finding a way to easily return them, we decided that I should take them back home and let the client arrange to pick them up from my doorman. At that point, the client called me to say thank You! She only lived a few blocks from me, so I said I would drop them off at her building which I did. What a nice lady! And how nice not to be viewed as a criminal. Everyone concerned was kind, courteous, respectful, polite and professional. It could so easily have been a different story.
I don't know much about this firm other than they are handling a lawsuit I'm in. So far so good; they seem to keep you updated on a need to know basis. They did answer my questions in a timely manner. The only reason why it's not a 5 star rating is because I'm just a number in a massive class action, not an individual w a name. We don't have that personal relationship that many attorneys and clients have.
Very caring to sensitive situations.. highly recommend..
