Let me start with everyone here is great except Jason Druffle! Everyone would call back quickly, was nice and friends and answered all questions I had. Jason on the other hand seemed to almost put off a rude attitude on purpose! He wouldn't call back unless I played phone tag, he would stump me on questions saying "I'll get back to you" and never did. For weeks. He made the hiring process slower than it's ever been. Said I was under 18 and had me fill out pointless forms before asking my actual age(why???) then lost them! If you go through here don't use Jason
A+ customer service! Always responsive and helpful. If I have an issue/question, one call or email and they go above and beyond without overcomplicating the matter. They make this crazy insurance stuff simple. Thank you!
