At&T

The most disappointing service I have experienced in any wireless store so far! The store manager seemed annoyed and didn't know what day it was even with a smartphone and an AT&T smart tablet in her possession. This was all after I waited over 20 minutes in the 'cue' while some store reps wafted around without purpose and the rep who finally approached me was asked by her manager if she could move from her seat even though there was a 3rd empty seat at our table. My issue was not resolved and had to leave store due to the lack of consideration for a customer and her employee in general!!

I was here to buy my at&t SIM card. The staff that attended to me pretty receptive. I think her name is Anita. This particular at&t smart center is located at market street in SF, California. They also sell lots of mobile phone accessories. Consequently, you'll be expecting lots of cross-selling. Which is not a bad thing at all; it has a way of helping you discover what you actually need you never know is available. Keep up the good work, at&t market street.
