Reviews

The service was excellent; however was unable to keep my number because I wanted it ported from net10. Evidently it came up as a TracFone which is a subsidiary or sister company owned by at&t. Because of this they were unable to Port my phone number to allow me to keep my original phone number on my new phone. This makes absolutely no sense to me since this is an AT&T unlocked phone and I was using a lower model AT&T unlocked phone. So the three stars are for the excellent face-to-face service at the store. The customer service over the phone is absolutely horrible and the technical glitch needs to be fixed.
Never before have I been so upset and frustrated with a company. This all started a couple months ago when I got a phone through them online. I got my offer, accepted it, and they sent me the phone. When I got the phone I was informed that after further review I would have to pay an $800 down payment just to activate the phone even though I already got it. Tonight I went to resolve this issue, I got to their store on westover in Albany a little after 6 PM and they informed me there were a few people in line ahead of me, that they will text me when I’m up, they got my phone number and my vehicle description. I waited in the parking lot in my car for 2 hours. I went inside and they were still busy with a customer, I stood there for around 15 minutes and no one said anything to me so I went back outside to wait in my car. An hour later I notice they are locking up for the night and I go to the door. They don’t open the door, the representative saw me, shrugged at me, and refused to speak to me. I had no choice but to drive back home after they made me wait for 3 hours in the parking lot, took new people arriving after me in, and sent me home. If you plan on doing business here sign up for an anger management class and bring a tent. You’ll need it.
My experience was one of the best I've had when it comes to shopping for a cell phone. The sales rep named Maceo has great customer service skills and was very patient with me. He answered all my questions and explained all the discounts and promotions so I could chose the best one.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Once I get a phone that I like, I will keep it until it doesn't work anymore. So I haven't been inside the office location in YEARS! I don't use most of the bells and whistles my phone usually has so i don't care to overspend on it. I was very pleased with the help I got choosing a new phone and a new case with screen protector. I wasn't in the store all day and I received great service!
Angel Stokes is the best rep to see when you go there.
