Mike is the best attorney I've ever worked with. We had a long and challenging closing process to buy our home due to a number of issues the seller needed to resolve. Mike was less expensive than other attorneys and yet he was kind, responsive, funny and upbeat throughout the process and gave us great advice every step of the way. He was working on a flat fee and probably ended up doing 10 times more work than we paid for but he never seemed to mind. He loves his work and he's awesome at his job.
Michael was excellent to work with on the sale of our home in Eastham. We spoke several times directly on his cell phone to take care of matters that were not that straightforward and came up with solutions that worked well for all the parties involved. Very reasonable cost for his services as well. Very Personable to work with.
My recent refinance closing experience with this group was short of a joke. Nothing is properly communicated, it is impossible to reach anyone over the phone, errors in calculation and the 'attorney' assigned my case was simply put rude and unprofessional. On top of all this, they made errors in tax calculations. Overall terrible experience with this group. To be clear this is not my first time home buying or refinancing experience - C&C's services was beyond appalling.
Michael did a great job helping us with our home purchase. He was on top of things from the very beginning, and he clearly explained every step along the way. He thought ahead to have us close at the Registry of Deeds office so that our purchase could be recorded immediately before the weekend. When there was a discrepancy in the boundary description on our deed, he caught it and had it fixed immediately. We had a great experience.
My recent loan refinance experience was not a positive one and I cannot say that I would recommend this firm. I had to call prior to closing to get the final updated closing statement. There was money due back to me, but a check was not brought to closing and I had to call twice to get the funds sent back to me. In addition I recently received a letter from my bank and the city that prepaid taxes which were a part of the closing had not been paid and I was delinquent. It took a couple of emails to get this resolved and eventually a check was sent to rectify this situation. This was a disappointing experience.
