Let's face it. Creating a will/trust is a scary experience for most of us and most put it off doing it, for too long. After my Mom passed, all hell broke loose because she'd done her will on an online service. PLEASE don't do this! Now not only was I devastated by her loss, but now the will situation was a mess with siblings showing their worst side. I had to retain an attorney and spend a year sorting it out.
