Attorney Robert A. Miller
Reviews

I've left a couple of voice messages but no one has returned my call.
In 2015 I contacted Robert with some legal questions, he answered all of my questions and we set up a meeting at his office in Eugene, OR. After having the meeting with him, he decided to take on my case. Robert contacted me with any updates he had and made sure that I understood everything that we needed to do. His assistant is wonderful and she made sure to answer any questions that I had when Robert was working with other clients. Robert was thorough with his work, and found the information that was needed to start a lawsuit. In 2017 our case was settled after going through depositions with several medical professionals in our area. Robert didn't give up and worked many more hours after he was out of the office to make sure he was prepared and had all of the information needed to win the case. I highly recommend him to anyone who is going through medical malpractice, whether it be personal or a family member. He will do his best work every time.
Appeared to be a warm & sincere gentleman with a big heart. I truly believed he wanted to help & would do his best to win our case. He said he would be honored to represent us. Wow, he gave us so much hope. He said he would not take our case unless it was worth a million dollars "to him". That would tell you he must know what he's doing. Update: dropped our case like a hot potato. Kept saying we had plenty of time, not to worry and 4 months before the statute of limitations expired, he told us "im sorry". We have contacted lawyers throughout the entire state of Oregon & every lawyer we tried to hire asked to speak with him. He would suggust to them not to represent us. They all said you have a great case. We are interested but would like to "confer" with your previous attorney. If you say no, they think you did something wrong so we said yes, they spoke with him and then would say, sorry were not interested. What is going on in the state of Oregon. He would not turn over the name or recording of the female doctor expert witness in Corvallis who actually, we heard on the recording say what damage our doctor did that was negligent. Why? We have been contacted by a confidential source who has told us they believe he is in the hospitals' pocket. They would have had to pay him more than a million to drop our case. And at the time he dropped the case, did not even notify us in writing. When we confronted him he got angry, wrote an angry letter to us and said to not contact him anymore. I have spoken to others who have gone to him and they had a similar experience. He came highly recommended by his brother David, who won a medical malpractice case in the same area. Terrible, costly and extremely troubling and painful experience. I can NOT recommend him no matter how he tells you what he will do for you. Extremely poor help.
Paid 100$ to have a fresh and new lawyer help with paperwork for 1 hour. I shoulda been a lawyer...
I would recommend this office anytime
