Avery & Upton

Avery & Upton have been my attorneys for 15 years. I absolutely LOVE them and recommend them to everyone. Prudence is cut throat in a court room. They do their homework on your case like no other. They will know the financials, text messages, emails and everything else by heart before they walk into a courtroom. In 15 years and SEVERAL messy family court/custody battles, they have never lost me a hearing or a trial. My ex has hired multiple well known, expensive attorneys over the years, none have beat A&U yet. They are compassionate, realistic, and down to earth real people. Prudence Upton withheld information that the court could have used to determine the dangerousness of my son's father (her client). My son's father then went on to Kill my son. He is in jail, but Ms. Upton never had to account for her role in this tragedy.

Christy did an excellent job at handling my case. She handled everything in a timely manner, gave great advice, and kept my best interest in mind throughout the entire process.
