Would absolutely not recommend Erica for estate planning and this law firm. I wanted to inquire about pricing for my situation and whether I needed to plan financially to pay for 2 trusts or just 1. This amounts to a price of $2000-3000 vs $4000-6000 which is a very significant price difference. She refused to give me a estimate(which I understand can change once we go into the details of my situation). She kept insisting I pay the fee for 1 trust before she will give me any more estimates. I did not feel comfortable doing this before I could have a better idea of my costs. I contacted one of the partners of the firm to ask for another individual to work with. This partner called me to verbally insult me, told me that I must be a terrible person for Erica to not work with me. He was incredibly condescending and personally insulting to me when all I was asking for was a more accurate price quote for a very expensive transaction. Please stay away. I was very shocked at the way I was spoken to by the firm. There is no excuse or reason to ever speak to a customer in that manner.

Erica Davis helped us with preparing a Will, PoA, and creating a trust. She was excellent and patiently walked us through each line of the legal language, discussed at length the alternatives and pitfalls to be wary of. We were very impressed by her professionalism.

Jeremy Fishman was my attorney throughout my personal injury/accident case and he THOROUGHLY advocated for me every step of the way and kept me updated as much as possible.
