Aylstock, Witkin, Kreis & Overholtz

Should be called "Larry, Curly, and Moe." Three years of filling out the same paperwork over and over and over. And of course, everything they send is "TIME SENSITIVE! DO IT NOW!" because I've not nothing better to do. And the person who answers the phone (Shemp) is about as competent as the Three Stooges when they're moving your house when you try to talk to her. If it's not on her clipboard of approved statements, she can't even seem to address your question or issue. Then when you ask the same question twice, she just hangs up on you. Classy.

Its a TV AD Settlement that I wouldn't recommend anyone to take feom Aylstock, Kreis, & Oberholt. The ad should say " You live with the pain, we take all....you take nothing!" I would not Recommend this place to anyone! Get yourself a In Town Lawyer that Would do better but do your reviews FIRST!

I just wanted to let everyone know that AWKO law firm handled my case very professionally. They kept me updated on my lawsuit & answered all the questions I had! They also won me a great settlement on my case. I will use them in the future & tell my friends about their firm. I was more than grateful for everything they did for me.

Great Law Firm! I had lots of questions and every time I called my questions were answered. If I had to leave a message my call was always returned in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone.

My mother has been dealing with LOSERS for 8YEARS NOW concerning her TVM settlement and all they've done is give her the run-around ignore her phone calls and push her off repeatedly they don't keep her updated on what with her settlement nor are they concerned with the medical condition that she has to live the rest of her life with due to this mesh situation. She hasn't had any contact from this joke of a law firm since 2018 she now has been instructed to deal with this Archer resolution place out of Texas who is now in control of what's going on. But wait it gets better on June 6th a representative from this Archer place contacted my mother informs her that her case was closed and that she expecting her settlement check business days. That 7 to 14 business days time frame has now exceeded the expected time of delivery of her check. After contacting them they were talking in circles and now it's several more months delay. Bottom line is I don't recommend aylstock witkin kreis & overholtz to anyone to handle any cases efficiently as other law firms probably would have. They're all about the money and trust me if you have a settlement waiting for you I guarantee you that you won't see much of it because they pocket most of it. I've seen firsthand what they're doing to my mom and they should be ashamed of themselves.
