AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Please look at any other law group. I had to bite the bullet and switch law firms in the middle of my case because B&D had horrendous communication, made me do most of the leg work for my case, and put my whole case in jeopardy by failing to obtain important evidence to the point I had to pay for and get it myself before the footage was deleted. There are a number of other law firms that will give you much better service and often for less of a percentage of your settlement. This is a rabbit hole you do not want to go down I promise!

B and D did an amazing job with my Personal Injury claim. They fought hard, never gave up, were always positive and at the end of the day, they got an awesome settlement for me. They are very professional, on top of things, always answer or return your phone calls. They answer all your questions, they explain the process in detail with an approximate timeline, and everything they say will happen does happen, and it happens in the timeframe they said. I highly recommend this firm. If I could give 10 out 10 stars, I would!! Thank you to everyone at B and D that worked on my claim! I appreciate all of you! ????

Michael was amazing. Not only they help me with all my medical treatment, but at the end, they made sure that I get the maximum policy limits that were available. Even afterwards they negotiated with all the doctors to reduce my bills, so I get the most amount in my pocket.

This has been probably the WORST experience of my life trying to get this Firm to be HONEST with me and tell me about my case. They have a Horrible response time and absolutely the least helpful any lawyer has ever been to me or my company. I've asked "how is the case" whats going on for MONTHS and still not a definite answer yet. They will lead you along tell you oh "everything is good" I've spent 6-Month, no, Actually 7 Months and STILL they caint tell me how much my case is going to be, I've been seing a chiropractor for 5 months, Just one specialist after another to get THEM more money from my case than me. I already know I won't see anything under 5% of the Settlement, when or IF they get anything at all. You can Expect to never be updated on your case and to have to constantly call yourself and ask for details. I've never seen a fiem just negligent to their clients this bad. Unless you have a big big case, they do not care about you and do not help you at all.

DO NOT GO TO B&D Probably the most lackluster company I’ve ever had to work with. Horrible response times and absolutely the least helpful any lawyer has ever been to me. They will string you along and make sure not to work on your case or help you until atleast the 6 months is up so they can take as much percentage from the case as possible. Expect to never be updated on your case and to have to constantly call yourself and ask for details, which is especially stressful when you’re injured and request different things but they are just negligent to their clients. Unless you have a big big case, they do not care about you and do not help you. DO NOT GO TO B&D
