I must say from the time I called for my initial consult, I have experienced nothing less than A 1 service. Attorney Karen Alexander and her Paralegal Ashley A. has been Amazing. Ms. Alexander was very patient and compassionate listening to my case and her fees are very reasonable. Ashley made me feel so comfortable and explained things so I could understand them. I was so sad when I got there but Ashley made me feel so good and put a smile on my face when I walked out. I have also been updated every step of the way. I highly recommend this firm!

Latessa the paralegal is so sweet , and very nice. She answered all of my questions I was very pleased.

So far so good. My attourney handling my case is so hands on with my case which Disability Action Center wasn’t and is the reason why I was rejected and wasn’t even considered for an appealing process. I hope all her reviewing my documents before going to social security pays off because after suffering 14 fractures in my back, neck, ribs, and pelvis, I think this law office was the smart move considering..... I’ll update this after my approval or rejection and you can believe that.

On three occasions I have used B&G to represent me and in all 3 cases I was not served in a satisfactory manner. One of the proceedings recommended was ill-advised and lost. I should have been advised of the true nature of the proceeding, but I suppose that’s a lost sale to them and not worth their honesty. In another matter I was not advised of all the risks involved in accepting a demand in mediation, which led to me being sued in the third matter, which was not resolved in a timely manner despite my repeatedly ignored requests for a response prior to the due date. I was told not to worry. I would get a response by the day it was due, but that resulted in me missing the filing deadline by 90 minutes.

These are very professional people. I didn't, and still don't, know much about law or dealing with firms and attorneys, so it was very intimidating and overwhelming for me to walk into any law firm with the intention of initiating a legal case. However, after shopping several firms, I finally settled on Bailey & Galyen because they made the whole process extremely understandable and manageable. I was always able to contact my attorney and the paralegal associated with my case. I was always answered when I called the front desk. These people are reliable and there to help you! They explained the why's of all my costs, highlighted potential future costs, and even took measures to save me money. They are very affordable! Not to mention, we won our case! The memory that I have best retained after the whole ordeal was when my attorney and I walked out of the courtroom, my attorney turned to me and said, "That was the best possible scenario that we could have asked for."
