My business is a victim of fraudulent financial activity that the bank statements show is mail/wire fraud as part of an embezzlement/extortion seem of members in a nonprofit association. Pinnacle Bank hired a Baird Holm attorney after i provided evidence of a district court order denying control of a nonprofit to the embezzlers, yet Baird Holm and Pinnacle bank have looked the other way when the appearing fraudsters emptied bank accounts payable to the fiduciaries behind the bad stuff via why the district court denied it. Amounts of this scheme are in excess of $200k over the past 4 yrs. It is against the code of conduct of attorneys to represent fraud. Mark Weber with the Counsel for Discipline should help prevent this, not encourage it, which he has encouraged it upon placing complaints via suggesting its a secret vs. stop the activity. Any questions, folks know how to get a hold of me. I was hung up on by a Baird Holm Attorney, that encouraged the activity that i believe is clearly wrong, appears to be a crime. It is not what you did, it's who you know and encourage...? really. This needs to change. God Bless, happy 4th!
